As a resolution client, we guarantee enrollment into a qualified tax resolution program-or you will get your fee back. This promise applies only to the portion you paid for resolution services, and depends on you providing complete, accurate, and timely information.
If our calculation error causes you to incur penalties or extra charges, we'll correct the mistake, refile if needed, and refund the fee you paid for preparation. This guarantee is valid when all required documentation is provided fully and on time.
Once our services are completed, all income tax filings for the contracted years will be accurate and current. If you receive a notice of non-compliance due to our error, we'll amend our work at no extra cost until you are fully compliant.
If we submit an Offer in Compromise and the IRS (or state tax agency) denies it, we'll handle the appeal at no additional cost. Note: Not all clients qualify for an Offer in Compromise.

That's fine. In the free consultation you can provide an estimate. If you choose to proceed, we'll pull your IRS/state transcripts-or use other documentation-to determine precise numbers. We'll also help you catch up with any unfiled returns.

You'll need things like recent pay stubs, bank statements, prior returns, proof of other income, documentation of expenses / bills, proof of outstanding tax liability, etc. We'll guide you on what's required for your specific case.
No. Your payment to us covers services. Any payments toward your IRS or state liability must come from you, per IRS rules. We facilitate, negotiate, submit paperwork-but you remain responsible for the actual tax payments.
Yes. Many states participate in offset programs. If you owe on federal or state taxes, refunds can be seized / redirected to satisfy those debts. We help anticipate these issues and navigate them.
